Pre-School

 Our pre-school if for children from 3, up until the time they join Reception.

Our pre-school children are confident, curious and capable. 

Supported by skilful practitioners they are able to take part in a wide variety of hands on activities both in doors and out, including, music, cooking, role play and construction. 

There are opportunities for each child to explore new concepts, acquire new language  and develop vital social skills as they interact with their peers negotiating ideas and solving problems. 

As they take an active lead in their own learning we aim to foster the dispositions that will ensure they are 'school ready' such as independence, motivation and resilience. 

Following recommendations from the Early Years Foundation Stage and supporting guidance such as 'Letters and Sounds' we aim to prepare your child for future education and a life long love of learning.
